A West Kelowna helicopter company has landed a partnership with a Revelstoke-based heli-skiing business.
Wildcat Helicopters has teamed up with Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing to provide access to the Selkirk and Monashee Mountains.
The agreement will allow Selkirk Tangiers exclusive access to Wildcat Helicopters’ fleet, including their twin-engine Bell 212 and Airbus H125 helicopters.
“This partnership with Wildcat Helicopters is a game-changer for us. Their reputation for safety and operational excellence aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing our guests with the ultimate heli-skiing experience. We’re excited to offer even more reliable access to the untouched powder that has made Revelstoke a world-renowned destination,” says Dave Pehowich, general manager of Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing.
Wildcat Helicopters is a family-owned and operated business that has been operating in B.C. for 20 years. Over the years they have played a vital role in various industries, including firefighting, search and rescue, and heli-skiing.
“Partnering with Selkirk Tangiers is a natural fit for us. We share a passion for the mountains and a commitment to excellence. Together, we are elevating the heli-skiing experience, providing guests with the best possible access to Selkirk Tangiers incredible terrain. Guests can have peace of mind knowing they are in the safest hands, with the most modern and reliable aircraft fleet the industry has to offer,” says Mike Westie, director of operations for Wildcat Helicopters.
